Tips for a cheap day trip in OSLO- Free wifi, toilet and water

HI, If you're on a budget and just wana check out Oslo for a day and being able to survive here cheaply for just a day  ~ Here's some tips where to get free wifi- water and toilet !! 


About Norway - Oslo 
WATER IS FREE HERE ! ( Just drink from the tap !)

You better check out the daily pass at Ruter Station right in front of the Sentral station regarding the pass.
If you dont wana pay for it its ok~ Try take the tram without tickets and if ur lucky u wont get caught.

If you wana have a cheap ticket, buy on the machine - 30Kr , but if you buy from the driver its 50Kr ~

-Burger King at Sentral Station
-To use computer for free - Library at Majorstua


In Oslo - Where to visit?

Nearest to the central station -


The Opera House- FOC ( Free toilets )
In Summer around 9pm there will be a live Norwegian Tv show on the Opera house on certain days. If its ur luck ! U'll get to see some free live performances !Nice place to sun tan , picnic,chat and take photos !

Akershus festning ( fort)- Old historical building(I know some secret pathways :P)
Oslo's harbour- Aker brygge( just opposite) - Modern porch architecture!! (In Summer , if u're lucky u get to see folks dancing there !)


Ferry to Langøyene( furthest Island from Oslo)30Kr per way
Ferry harbour is further in  from Akershus fort  (not the harbour at Akker Brygge)~ it's an island where u can see lots of walk ducks and camp tents there. Just to let u enjoy some Oslo's wide fjord on the ferry

Holmenkollen ski jump
Take the subway!! Too far to walk ! During summer there will be people doing Roller ski ~ Not far from there u  can  see some Old Norwegian Houses ! ( Grasses on their roof ! )

To the Naked beach !
Take a BUS directly in front of central station ( it writes to Bygdøy )!! The bus wont drop you in front so just walk along where ppl walk through the forest - woods to the beach  No video or camera allowed on there though~

To Vigeland sculpture park
Bus or Tram goes there~~!! Unless you're willing to walk its some distance from the Kings palace!~ :D

To Norwegian palace is just down the road of National theather  and Stortinget

Downtown- Karl Johnsan street , Stortinget and Palace is nearby~ 

Cheap Shopping for Clothese wear is Cubus

 For groceries - Look for Rema1000,Kiwi, Bunprise or Coop

For Food + Kebab would be cheapest about 45Kr to 60 Kr . Its BIG and filling
Or get a free bus to IKEA And get a meal there !
Some stuffs u might wana try of Norway is their Caviar tube and also Brown Cheese !! 

WARNING- 7eleven,Narvesen,Delideluca is more EXPENSIVE !

And oh, if u can find the machine to buy bus / train ticket, you can buy from 7 Eleven.
